What we deliberately do not store: the general chat the Bot reads but does not respond to. Those messages are counted in aggregate and discarded. Only exchanges where the Bot actually answered are kept.
We do not sell your data or your community's data to anyone.
We do not use your content to train AI models beyond powering your own Bot.
Project content and Q&A logs: for the duration of your subscription, plus 14 days after it expires, then permanently deleted.
Payment and subscription records: retained as required for accounting and tax purposes.
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing support@zamunode.com. Requesting deletion during an active subscription ends Bot service for your group.
If you're a group member rather than the paying client: you can request removal of your data at the same address. Because we only store exchanges the Bot actually replied to, this is typically a small and quickly handled set.
Operating the Bot involves a small number of infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting and message routing), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), NOWPayments (payments), and Resend (email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
